Should we make available a "re-render" command to the user.  This would be
for when a document gets screwed up because Plucker doesn't know it should
re-render it.  A fairly common example would be if a localizer program or
FontHack or something like that changed the font from the last
viewing--Plucker won't know about it.  A more rare example would be if
Plucker's rendering methods for something changed.  I suppose right now the
user can just change the line spacing or display depth to force a re-render,
but that's not so user friendly.

My main objection is that a "re-render" is associated in my mind with buggy
programs or noisy terminal connections...
