How hard would it be to mass-convert the existing channels, so that each channel is its own page, and the categorization is by Category Pages.
This would make it easier to put the same channel in multiple categories, and much easier to reclassify an URL from "unclassified". (Just add the correct category and delete the uncategorized category, instead of having to edit the entire lists for both new category and uncategorized.) Also, if there are special instructions (need cookies, must refer from X), these could be listed on the channel's own page, instead of cluttering up the several-channels-at-once page. It would also make the subcategories more intuitive. I expected the Humor category to have something in it; it was a blank page. Copying the subcategories from the top page struck me as wrong, since the two lists would eventually get out of synch. But if Humor were a category page, then the subcategories could be automatically listed there as well as on the main page - so that it wouldn't take hand-coding to update the list. -jJ _______________________________________________ plucker-dev mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.rubberchicken.org/mailman/listinfo/plucker-dev
