I am enabling color changes for anti-aliased text in 8bpp mode on devices
that support 16bpp bitmaps. Such text will be quite slow, but at least it
will display, and therefore aa fonts will work with pages that are mostly
black-on-white but have an occasional color element even with the device in
8bpp mode. This will take about one line of code to change.
We should add to the docs somewhere that it is not recommended to use
anti-aliased text in modes other than 4bpp or 16bpp...
