My vfs font support is moving along. I've got code that can display fonts
from VFS. But because VFS scans are expensive, I'm improving the code to
minimize VFS scans. (I get a scan for free when the library is rescanned,
of course. And I cache the last couple of VFS font locations to save a
scan when the library is not rescanned.)
