OK, I guess I wasn't clear enough, as I'm still not *sure*
of the answer.

I don't recompile the viewer, so I don't configure anything.

Instead, I use the snapshot binaries.

I am willing to run tests, but only if I can still run a
"normal" plucker on my normal documents, without
having to resynch. I realize that the tester is still Beta
itself; I just don't want a situation where "Everything
went right" but I need to resynch anyway.

So:

(1) Is the current hourly snapshot of viewer_en a safe
runnable full-featured version of plucker?

(2) Is it safe to install the current snapshot and the
PalmCUnit snapshot version at the same time, and
run both?

Also - it might be a good idea to put the answers
to these questions on the download page itself. If
someone is willing to test an unusual device, we
don't want them discouraged by not knowing
which programs to install.
