I've been looking at the fullscreen code.
1. Are anchors supposed to work in fullscreen tables?
2. FsAdjust...() calls CopyTableAnchors() but MoveImage() does not. Is this
right?
3. I've been getting various invalid chunk ptr errors when viewing fs images
that used to work fine.
