I discovered that DoTable() in paragraph.c was drawing tables (or icons)
even if the mode was not DRAW_CHAR. This sometimes caused the table or
icon to be drawn over the toolbar.
Fixed in CVS. Could this be the cause of bugs 1078 and 942 ??
