Currently, there is an option to force the text colors to black / blue. I'd
propose extending this option to allow the user to select colors to force
text, links and background to. This would, for instance, allow those users
who would like to have white on black text for reading at night to have what
they want. Alternately, one could have a short list of color schemes that
drops down:
black text, blue links, default background
black text, black links, default background
white text, cyan links, default background
green text, cyan links, default background
