If you could, run it like D:\Java\JDK1.4\bin\java.exe -jar "C:\Program Files\JPluck 2\jpluckx.jar" so that it shows the console output. That will give me a better idea of what is happening and if it actually is in the DOC format. The one I would also really like to do is Mobi format because I have a couple of books in the format, but I haven't been able to find any converters.
