You can do it with Filez, you just have to set the launchable flag on the doc while it is on RAM before you move it to the Palm/Launcher directory on the card.
Steps: 1. Move the pluckerdoc.pdb to Palm RAM storage 2. Use filez to set launchable flag 3. Move to pluckerdoc.pdb to \Palm\Launcher on your card 4. Document will appear in the Card category of your launcher
I user TealAlias to store all my apps on SD card, but unfortunately it doesn't recognise a pdb with a launchable flag as something it can connect to.
