This one only runs on Java 1.5 for now because of some severe image processing bugs in 1.4. I have included with the JAR all of the source for anyone who wants to look at it (and fix bugs). It still has the bug where it will lock up on certain files while trying to clean up the REFs. To get around this it outputs <filename>_RAW.html before it begins this step.
