With the python parser, this generally used to be a block within <p>/</p>--it may still be that way. However, jpluck converts <br> to <p>, and this changes the behavior.
This explains everything, thanks Alex.
I will test the same document created with Python parser and observe the differences.
Is there any other HTML tag (or improvisation suggestion) that might achieve the effect of a clean line break without using <p> or <br> thus enabling the JPluck parser to create better search suitable docs?
