I do have a features request though. Would it be hard to add support for categories / topics? My main use for annotating is studying scripture, etc., which has a lot of different associated topics and room for a lot of commentary, etc.

On the implementation side, it'd be nice if the reader could let you view all the annotations separate from the documents, because with the external document support coming soon, it'd be nice to have topics / categories consist of more than one document. That make sense?
