Try saving the document as "Save As" select "Plain Text". Then Plucker can use it.

What, exactly, are you trying to do? Plucker is intended to convert HTML pages to the format the Plucker viewer uses on the device. It doesn't *take* Word docs as input. If you are trying to save Word docs as HTML and then use Plucker to convert them, I'd still expect problems. I've tried on occasion to Save As in HTML from Word and convert the result to Plucker, and the Plucker parser has barfed on the HTML Word generates.
