The other day, I installed Mobi Pocketreader on my Palm so I could access
library licensed e-books. I think that may have started my problem. I hadn't
synced in a couple of days, so I don't know for sure.

When I tried to open Plucker on my Palm this morning, I got a blank white
screen; I had to do a soft reset to get into anything else on my Palm. When I
try to open Sunrise XP on my desktop, I now get the message "This application
has failed to start because SYNC20.dll was not found. Re-installing the
application may fix this problem." It could be coincidence, but the timing of
these two problems seems to coincide.

I've tried re-installing Plucker (both the desktop and viewer software) and
Sunrise XP several times, syncing after each time. I've also un-installed
MobiPocketReader, both from the desktop and the Palm (did that before
re-installing Plucker and Sunrise XP). Still, I get the error message on
Sunrise XP and the blank screen on the Palm. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Thanks!
