Browser issue, I would guess, linke the ful link was getting truncated.

I would also try generating the file that gave you problems with the
standard Plucker desktop (perhaps assisted by PDA Converter), to make
sure Sunrise wasn't generating a bad file.

And on the SD card, I've found the cards subject to the same issues
regular FAT disks are heir to, specifically file system corruption and
lost clusters.  Pop it into a card reader and do CHKDSK /F on it.  If
you see a FOUND.000 directory with FILExxxx.CHK files in it, that
means CHKDSK found and fixed problems.  Lost clusters will mightily
confuse the OS and the applications that try to access that dtrive.
