Found some info (http://expr-i0.net/meme/?p=11) the file from Access is
actually called "Garnet OS 68K API SDK (Fall 2004 Update)" and needs to be
installed over "Garnet OS SDK (68K) R3 PRC tools Generic UNIX" (5r3)

The ability to watch M*A*S*H on demand justified purchasing a VCR for
myself. That show taught me a lot of useful things; for example, if one's
skills are sufficiently in demand, one can wear a bathrobe to work, and
generally have one's eccentricities tolerated.
