First of all you should subscribe to plucker-dev.
The README in the viewer dir should tell you everything you
need to know to get started. If it doesn't, then let me know
what is missing and I will update the README.
I guess you are using Windows and that probably means you have
to do some extra work to set up the source code (on a Linux/Unix
system that is taken care of by the configure script). You'll
find more info about how to do this on a Windows system in the
mail archive,
