No.
Since iSilo uses a closed proprietary format there is nothing we
can do about it. It's not impossible to "decompile" the format,
but it would be difficult and why waste time on closed formats
when there are open alternatives?
That means you either have to ask the iSilo developer to open up
the format or to create a tool that can convert iSilo documents
into HTML or pure text (don't hold your breath on those alternatives),
or to ask the creator of the iSilo document in question to either
provide you with the original text or to create a Plucker database
for you.
