ppmtoTbmp". Basically you may need the new netpbm (latest version is
9.15, I think), which includes pnmtopalm, which is a descendant of
ppmtoTbmp, but can do a lot more, and produces grayscale images
viewable on Handspring PDAs.
Set conversion method to "netpbm2" and the ppmtoTbmp path to
"pnmtopalm"

Neither did I, until I could actually _see_ something on them, when at
last grayscale worked :)
Also note that when specifying alternate maxwidth and maxheight
parameters, inline images are included in a big, scrollable version,
that can be viewed by clicking on the image.
