what html tags

Hi,

I'm building my own local plucker DB. I'm using plain html 3.2, but it seems
a lot of tags are strppied, ignored or else...
For example :
<table> <tr> <td> are stripped
<p align="center"> is ignored (We have to use <center>, which is
depreceated).

What are then the recognised and not recognised html tags ?
