thank you for your response. I am entering into Plucker-build

the file is in a subdirectory of Plucker labelled html - !!
On running this there is a lot of output to the DOS frame, which I have been
unable to capture. However, it appears very similar to the response
from -h. What I have been able to capter is:
down in size to obey the MAXWIDTH and MAXHEIGHT parameters.
--alt-maxwidth=<n>:
Set alternative maximum width of images to <n> pixels.
This
value
is used for 'big' versions of inline images that had to
be sc
aled
down in size to obey the MAXWIDTH and MAXHEIGHT
parameters.
--launchable, --not-launchable:
Set (or unset) the launchable bit in the output file.
--backup, --no-backup:
Set or clear the backup bit in the output file.
--beamable, --not-beamable:
Set or clear the beamable bit in the output file.
Note that you must specify either -f or -c.
