Horizontal Rules?

Hi All,
I'm trying to test the <HR> tag support in the Plucker 1.1.12 version.
So far, I have use:

<HR Width="50%">  and
<HR WidthP%>

Both have resulted in a 100% HR Tag view on a Handspring Visor
screen?
Any clues in what I'm doing wrong?
