I am having problems getting Plucker 1.1.13 for Windows. The link on the plucker website (http://plucker.gnu-designs.com/index.pl/article015) has a link to the Windows package (http://www.dirk-heiser.de/plucker/plucker.exe).
But when I access that link, the package I get is for Plucker-1.1.11SR1.exe. Is this the correct .exe?
