The are an maximum allowed size (in bytes) of an Image in Plucker
(60KB for the plain uncompressed Bitmap data).

If the converted image will be bigger than that size, the Parser try
to make them smaller by first reduce the colors and, if this Image are
still to big, then reduce the with/height.

The are some keys in the plucker.ini that control this.
