One thing I found helpful is to sign in to the avantgo page, go to
your account, and view your sync log errors, which will give you
clues about the URLs being used by your channels.  If you're as
lucky as I was, one of my recent syncs failed for all the
channels, presumably because of some problem at avantgo's servers,
so I had errors for each top level URL.

Before I did this, I emailed the owners of the channels asking for
the top level URL, and telling them about plucker.  I only heard
back from one of them, who did provide the URL (which I'd found by
then using the sync log).
