when i am at home where i share a DSL connection w/ my housemates it
happens with roughly 90% frequency that the parser hangs while building
the database. the point, i.e., the URL, at which point it hangs is
different from time to time.
this does not happen at work.
i suspect it has to do with intermittent failures of the DSL connection,
but i am not sure.

i use the latest plucker distribution under win2k.

here my question: is there a command-line option or a .ini setting that
tells the parser to re-request an URL after a time out, or to completely
skip it after a while?
perhaps it does that already, but then i cannot explain the above
behavior.

your help is much appreciated,
