I don't think Mozilla has anything to do with it, and for that matter,
neither does IE.  The code is apparently making some assumptions that are
true for Win9X, but are _not_ true for NT.  2K and XP are flavors of NT, so
the results you and I got are what I expected.

Hi Dennis,
The program has to be place in a directory call - "plucker_desktop";
then place this directory in your main Plucker directory.
If you unzipped it some where else on your hard drive, it won't work
or open up. So just use Window Explorer to rename the directory folder
to [plucker_desktop] where ever you install the Plucker Desktop files.
