First appearances make me think that Plucker is a great tool I've had a little trouble understanding how to do a few things even though I've read the user manual (I'm using a RedHat 7.2 server)
1. Does the .pluckerrc file allow me to setup to have different files in the PDA (ie different .pdb files on the server)? 2. Are there any examples of how to do this? 3. How else could I do this if I can't do it in the pluckerrc file? 4. How can I get Plucker to use a different directory on the server (ie ~/palm/plucker)? 5. Can I get the setup file in the same directory (ie ~/palm/plucker)? 6. How can I modify the plucker-setup script to make the default plucker directory
