The hrefs used there are of the format
a href="?csc=1&crq=0&src=Business&lno=2"

As they are wont to say in wrestling, "Is that legal?" 
There is no filename before the ? starts.
Opera 5 won't retrieve this url either, though it might be legal, and was just left 
out 
since it is so rare.
