I would guess that something like that would be trivial, however, the
big reason why I personally don't like this method is becuase I want
to spend the least amount of time possible actually hotsyncing. Which
ofcourse is one big reason why I didn't like AvantGo.

Realistically, I would just setup a .bat file with your frequent
'plucks' to run on an hourly basis during your normal working computer
hours.
