Thanks to Larry for catching that one.
I can confirm that the distiller doesn't seem to include an icon (and thus crashes),
that came
in sometime since version 1.1.13.
This test was with a correctly sized 1bpp large and small icon (the Plucker viewer
icons).
Will test again with the parser in CVS, and if still not work, will file a bug report,
as the
Plucker User Manual says this parameter is supported for all platforms.
Can anyone else test it some other platforms to be sure that it is Windows issue alone?
