The (undocumented?, uncodified?) de-facto standard I have noticed for VFS is that applications should be placed into /Palm/Launcher (and, thus, launcher apps should look for them primarily, if not exclusively, there) and that application data files should be placed into /Palm/Programs/<appname>. Thus the file placement should be: /Palm/Launcher/Plucker.prc /Palm/Programs/Plucker/*.pdb So far as I have seen (not having installed the beta conduit; only the beta plucker.prc), Plucker follows the conventional standard. It all works great with LauncherIII...
