Hi Dennis,

It sounds like a good idea. I don't know much about
ActiveState Python since it isn't Free software. 

The only concern I would have is getting
non-reproducible errors on ActiveState python that
don't exist in the normal Python, and the difficulty
of trying to track them down and fork around them.
