Well, nice idea. We (in Czech Republic) had something like this, but now the service is not functioning :-( I have an additional idea: what about some kind of FTP interface? I mean, if I have Palm with me on journeys, standard e-mail app is not capable of installing PRCs or PDBs... but I can have LFtp (which is free) and download *and* *install* just the files I want... Just my two cents...
