Don't know why Plucker is crashing your Clie - it
works fine on mine. To get out of the reset loop, you need to do a "warm" reset,
also known as a no-notify reset. To do this, hold the page up toggle while
pressing the reset button, and don't release the page up toggle until you see
the Palm OS screen come up. Once you're Clie has started up again, delete
Plucker.
As for a longer-term solution, it could be that
Plucker conflicted with another app or hack on your unit. There's no easy way to
solve that - you need to delete your apps, install Plucker, then reinstall
things one by one to identify the conflict. Good luck!
