I don't think that's what the after command is for... I suspect it's more 
for connection resetting.

Anyhow, a good place to put tweaks might be line 795 of the most recent 
spider.py, the one with stayondomain support... which is available from the 
Plucker_Desktop setup but has not made it into CVS yet.   I don't know the 
line number of older versions, but it would be closer to the beginning... 
it's the line "pluckerdoc = self._parser (new_url,"

At this point the page has been grabbed but has not been parsed.  It's in 
the variable "document."
