I have tried installing the top listed Plucker DT for MSW posted 10/5/02
11:23:59 AM. I was assuming (I know what that spells) this was the latest
version however the Build Date shows Sept 28, 2002. The install look likes
everything goes normally. What am I doing wrong (I know it must be really
stupid).

*** mine is the same, I think they didn't update the date.
