When Plucker breaks up a large html page into multi-parts, it puts the link
to the next part at the bottom.  I would like to suggest it put links to
all the parts, at the top of each page, as a sort of index.  The reason is
that, I sometimes need to jump to the last, or even any one of the other
pages, looking for the part I wish to view.

Related to this is a need to search the whole original page.  Maybe the
search function can recognise these plucker-inserted links and follow them.
If a match is found on a subsequent page, it should pop up that page for
viewing.
