Just an idea I had.  Sometimes, when the net is slow, and a pluck is taking
a while, you might want to end it prematurely.  However, pressing the stop
button in plucker desktop, throws away all the data collected so far AFAIK.
I would be very nice if it would take what it has, and put that into a pdb,
as if it had finished properly.
