I use JunkBuster (or did, before I moved to Mozilla and learned it
could do most of that stuff already, although not with the same level
of "fine-tuning"--ex: "directional" cookies) to do something similar.
I've never used WebWasher, but I know that JunkBuster is .INI-file
driven so if you need something graphical to use, you might want to
look elsewhere.

   As to "delet[ing] the links to various ads", you might want to:

   1) Look at your exclusionlist file and just add rules prohibiting
   download of anything from (for example) doubleclick.net, or
   2) Configure Plucker to use WW as a proxy (I'm pretty sure it can
   to that, anyway...)
