Hi Drake Opie-Reader is a Plucker (near) compatible reader for the Zaurus and for the ipaq (providing you put linux and Opie on the ipaq first). Its home page is http://www.timwentford.uklinux.net where you can find current ipks for the standard Zaurus. Unfortunately Opie has had a major upgrade recently which makes it slightly incompatible with the Zaurus which means you need a custom build for Opie - I'll put one up soon but I'm in the middle of fairly major upgrade which I want to finish before publishing but I'll send out copies for Opie on request.
Old source code is available from the Opie CVS but because I have limited web access I can't keep that as up to date as I like so e-mail me direct for current source code. I'll send it out as soon as I've finished the current round of tweaks. The Windows (and maybe desktop Linux) version has been ported from QT/Embedded to normal QT but so far just enough to compile - I plan to merge back into the main development tree so that it will continue to be of use if there is any interest.
