As stated in other mails, Images are not included. (Linux) The palmgrey4.map (palmgrey2.map, etc.) could not be found by pnmquant (in /usr/lib)
plucker-build will work if the .map-files are in the current directory. I think it would be better if the .map file was called with complete path.
