I really wouldn't worry about moving these files, they're just there
to store temporary data.

Each time you view a document, a portion of it has to be 'previewed'
by the viewer so it knows how big it is, where you last were, etc etc.
That data is stored in the Plkr-* files. If you delete them or move
them thats okay, it just means that when you view the document again
it will take slightly longer to display it.

Generally if you delete a document in the library it should
automatically clean out the temporary files on its own.

Some ideas were thrown around before about amalgamating all of the
individual temp files into one, but that's been put on hold for now
while more ambitious projects are worked on (like OS5, hires, tables,
etc etc)
