I really wouldn't worry about moving these files, they're just there to store temporary data. Each time you view a document, a portion of it has to be 'previewed' by the viewer so it knows how big it is, where you last were, etc etc. That data is stored in the Plkr-* files. If you delete them or move them thats okay, it just means that when you view the document again it will take slightly longer to display it. Generally if you delete a document in the library it should automatically clean out the temporary files on its own.
