Jump in and at least make a comment, but if you have tried both and one
works, one doesn't, then correct it and leave a comment as to what it was
before.  If you visit again later to help and no-one's complained, elide the
comments from the first visit and do the same again.

That's what I'd do anyway.  I'm no authority, just vocal.  It might be worth
adding that the next time I visit openurls, if no-one beats me to suggesting
how people should start work.

Well, you started by asking.  That's nice.  Keep asking whenever you don't
want to presume and you'll do fine, I think.
