It's actually not significant change at all, except that it only solves the issue with english speaking users of plucker. I want to find a more general solution simply because each time you add in a new font for each language it add's 10k to the prc. Multiply that by the languages supported and all you get is bloat. On top of that, someone has to actually sit down and literally *draw* each individiual character for each larnguage for the larger fixed-width font by hand. Instead I want to experiment with converting the builtin palm fonts to 'look' monospaced so that the in result is fairly similar, but we're not piling up the resources unnecessarially. I think that that would be a better long term solution. Except right now I need to concentrate on stabilizing the OS5 code,.. Once that is done and out of the way I can definatly study the fixed width font issue futher. -- Adam McDaniel Array.org Calgary, AB, Canada _______________________________________________ plucker-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.rubberchicken.org/mailman/listinfo/plucker-list
