I just found out that someone is creating a Mac OS X-specific version of JPluck based on 0.8.5. http://www.nouvelles-solutions.com/iPlucker/ It looks extremely sweet! Especially iPlucker. Now I wish I had a Mac to try it out. JPluck 0.8.6 is just around the corner BTW. This version adds the ability to start an automatic conversion through the command-line so that you pluck sites on a scheduled basis.
