Well, there is no specific way to tell it to only look in one directory, since the three dirs it checks by default are hardcoded into the viewer. Perhaps one day it will be user-definable except that this is probably a little low on the development priority list right now :) I would recommend that you file a bug report.. goto http://www.plkr.org/index.plkr?a=bugs Be sure to label it as a feature request.
