Using Plucker with Mac OS X (10.2.3)?

Greetings. I am new to the list. I stumbled on Plucker when I found an eBook title I had been looking for in "Plucker" format. I downloaded the Mac OS X installer and successfully found the Plucker Viewer for PalmOS (I have an m500). I have installed it with the eBook title onto my Palm. No problem. But I have no idea where the Plucker Desktop application is or how to convert webpages, etc. into the Plucker format.

I found a thread in the Archives, but it doesn't really give any info. The FAQ is also not much help for us OS X users. At this stage of the game it seems I just have a viewer to be able to read pre-formatted docs I find on the web. Is this true, or am I missing something here? Thanks.
