If you go to 'Help' then 'About Plucker Desktop' you can see which version of Plucker Desktop you are using. I checked the 'Browse Showcase' and I don't have a listing for Zippy. If you are plucking Zippy successfully, could you share your settings? Highlight the Channel Name, then click on Configure Selected Channel, then write down what the different tabs say.
